sarcoidosis is far less predictable and very poorly 
understood.  immunosupressors are part of possible treatments, as is 
almost certain high steroid treatment, possibly chemotherapy too.  a 
new therapy uses strong antibiotics, but that's controversial.  will 
see monday, thanks judith,
