by the way John, another interesting blind author in history is:
James Holeman, called "the blind traveler."  died I think 
1857.  published five or more books of travels around the world.  I 
only recently learned of this very interesting man.
and, I earned the M.A. after my name even though I was told I 
wouldn't be able to do that.
