[stylist] Agent questions

Since a query is simply an introduction to your work that gives the reader a 
feel for the manuscript, it is not a submission.  A submission would be when 
the publisher gets back to you requesting either the manuscript or a few 
chapters.  Everyone knows that a query is simply another way of asking, "Do 
you want to read my work?"  You can ask that question to as many people as

Some publishers would not accept simultaneous submissions, but I don't
think a query letter counts as a submission.
