[stylist] confusing similar words

The first few times I used it I went nuts. Then I figured it out. I'm
using Jaws. I type my word into the edit field and press enter. Then i
press insert at the bottom of the numb pad and the enter key right after I
land on different parts of the response. I only want the main entry. The
rest of the stuff that is returned are of no interest to me. Again:
1. Put word you want defined in enter field.
2. Wait for return list to show up on the screen to be complete. Jaws
announces it with percents.
3. Hit insert followed immediately by enter key to get to main entry.
Start arrowing down. Judith
