Hey friends,
maybe some of you don't know that the cable tv channel C-span has on
its channel 2 booktv (book tv) on weekends when senate is not in session.
this weekend they're showing an interview with Cecilia Kang, a tech
news reporter, regarding the google book search and the lawsuit and
other issues. it is 30-minutes long and quite interesting for us
blind folks and for writers. if you go to
www.c-span.org
you can find it, but better go to
www.booktv.org
and find it in the schedule, it was on earlier today, will be on
again this weekend. also, I think it might be in their programming
you can watch via the web on demand.

bookTV is a very cool tv item, mostly is nonfiction authors talking
about their writing, their particular book, reading from a book, or
bookTV people go to book fairs and other activities. sometimes panel
discussions of particular authors on particular topics too.
