[stylist] scholarship question

hi,
yes, the recomendation of local president is must for nfb scholarship. this 
link only points to national anual scholarships. its no particular 
convention scholarship only but the winers will be invited for free to 
attend but i need some scholarship or sponsorship that could only cover for 
convention at this point in case i don't win national scholarship.
