Hey, Judith:

I didn't say all people with beautiful deep eyes are sadists.  I only said
that all sadists have those eyes.  Two very different statements.  While
both are generalizations, mine is much less so.  Besides, I was just kidding
around.  

But since you took me seriously, I'll be serious now.  There's truth in my
statement: It is well-known that sadists or those who have repressed vegal
receptors in the brain, making them very controlled people, are extremely
charming, so much so that others, even their therapists in prison, have
trouble believing that they did all those terrible things.  Serial killers
are the same, for the most part.  Part of their extraordinary charisma comes
from their superior self-control or skill in suppressing emotions, but
another part of it comes from necessity: They need to be adorable to be
effective predators.

Not to give you any nightmares, but I did want to defend my honor!

Not all people with deep beautiful eyes are sadists.  Not all people with 
deep what you refer to as syrupy voices are deceptive.  Many people I know, 
and love, have deep beautiful eyes and many of the voices of those I love 
are deep.  Perhaps not syrupy.  But just as you can't make a blanket 
statement about blind people, you can't put all physical and verbal 
characteristics in one category.  Judith
