[stylist] I have a Stream, it is a dream

I have one. It is a very nice package. Its feel in the hand is solid and
feels high tech, yet not complex. It is set up button and control-wise and
menu-wise in a overall logical layout. You can play just about any possible
format that is out there for the blind and/or for the general public. You
can have the NLS digital books now, rather than waiting for one of their
machines (and I bet this one is better than what the library has come up
with.

I also would say, I like the fact that it has built in external speakers
that work well; has good tone and volume. And if you like to speed up your
books, the speech stays very much the same, just faster (No chipmunk sound).
And the battery life is very good. Also, it is easy to jump around within a
book; much better than the old tape type of books we've had for so many
years.

I've not used it as a digital recorder, but I'm thinking that is another
good deal.

Amy and others-
Yes, it is worth the price. .
