[stylist] NLS Magazines

Again, I am several months behind in my reading. However, so far I am
finding one good story and the others just simply do not interest me enough
to finish.

I have discovered that since they are in braille, I am finding it easier to
not finish something that I really am not interested in. In the past, in
print I typically would finish a story even if I didn't like it. Somehow, I
always felt compelled to complete the read. Now, my braille speed still
leaves a lot to be desired (legally blind since 2002 and started braille
late in 2003 and picked up Hadley courses in 2005), so it is easier to quit
reading something boring than it is to push through at a slow pace.

I tried "Poetry" for a while but at the time my braille skills were
seriously lacking and it was more work to read it than it was to try and
enjoy the actual poetry. Also, I had just finished another college degree
and reading the essays just about made me gag <lol, I was an English major>.
