[stylist] Nonfiction Category in Contest

We have kicked this nonfiction thing around in the past and basically it is
a good idea. One consideration is, we'll have to have a larger budget for
paying out the prizes. Thus far in the history of the contest, I believe
this next fact is true, the contest has never paid for itself. We'd have to
look at doing some tweaking- like charging more, advertising more, giving
smaller prizes --- any ideas?
