[stylist] Book about a deafblind guy

Originally Mobility has been extra money the government has given to
people with mobility problems like wheelchair users. Then it has
started being given to people who are deafblind, then they started to
make a case for the hearing blind to get it, but in getting it you
would have to undermind someone's ability. It's how the system works.
You tell them you can manage anything. That there is nothing you can
do that a sighted person can't then you wouldn't have a case. So Blind
oragisations have to make a case by concentrating what a person can't
do rather then what a person can do.

Higher rate mobility is quite a lot more then lower rate mobility.

I found a few websites. Take care. They depart VERY much from the NFB
philosophies. It's more or less says I can't go out without a taxi,
that I struggle to navigate streets safely and my blindness means I
have more problems then someone in a wheelchair. I've just searched
google and what concerns me is there doesn't seem to be any oposition
to this from any blind groups in the UK.
