[stylist] Does anyone want to be blind?

I agree, I think parents and proffesionals do too much to hang on to a
little bit of sight (or hearing). It would be better if they let go a
lot sooner. Their are times when it is better to be totally blind then
legally so and be without any blind skills. Unfortunately that does
happen too much I think. My dad keeps going on about 'if only you
could get a little bit of sight back' and it really sets my teeth on
edge. It seems he's having a harder time dealing with my blindness
then I am. When I had more vision. I don't think he really saw me as
blind so much.
