Thanks Barbara,
It makes sense really, so it's much better to learn braille in
kindergartan then waiting for it to go. Of course braille is possible
at any age. I learnt at 17 years. I was just wondering when it was at
it's easiest. When the mind is still fluid.
As far as sign language is concerned I think 6 months is probably the
best time to learn. As in baby signs.
