Yes, with waiting lists for those nonpaying sick people to get badly needed procedures.  I learned that much from some people I know in Canada.  Not arguing, just stating a fact I learned.

Socialism includes:   Hospitals that don't exclude non paying sick people, 
roads that get fixed and public schools, among other things.   Just going for a 
definition that won't scare people.
