[stylist] deaf culture

If you are talking about mainstream culture this kind of affinity is fading 
.  Yes, there are still Italian neighborhoods, Spanish neighborhoods etc, 
but a lot of the traditions that once held these groups are waning. 
Cultural attributes such as diet, religion, childrearing and language have 
now been absorbed by the greater American culture.  Yes, there are 
subcultures that tend to stick together but for the most part groups are not 
as closely aligned as they were as few as fifty years ago.  Judith
