Let the good ones strive to help kids, or adults, recover some vision.  For 
the steno doctor who feels they have  to look like they know what they're 
doing by writing scripts and giving false hope, retire.

When David worked at the hospital, they gave him the Eye clinic to cover.
Doctors have no idea what to do when a person loses his sight.   They are
focused on fixing you.   When they can't, they give up.   A doctor actually 
told
David's mother he wouldn't amount to anything because he was blind, and she
ought to let doctors experiment on him.
