John and Judith: I agree. Only I'm not the list moderator so it isn't
up to me what is and isn't permitted. I was just trying to think up a
peaceful solution to the problem. I'd miss off topics if they aren't
permitted. Which is why I wanted a list without boundries where
anything can be discussed amongst federalists. I've noticed that there
isn't any list like that.  As they all have a specific theme.
