This is both off topic and extremely helpful to any Jaws users.  Here is the link to subscribe to a jaws support list that I've been on for ages.  A lot of the help I've been able to give you has come from this list.  I have a folder called "Computer solutions" that I keep posts that refer to me.  Since I have jaws 7.1 and Jawws is up to at least jaws 10 I delete a lot of messages.  However, when I run into a problem with my screen reader I address the question to the list.
