[stylist] Improved Access to Digital Download Books for Blind and Low Vision U.S. Citizens

I have been down loading the digital books since the test phase of the
program; shortly after last convention. I use my Victor Stream as my reader.
This is a very good option. And it works well.

I just called my state library service and put myself on the list for a
digital recorder when they come out in July or August.  All of you have the
