[stylist] Omitting chapter titles and Narator changes?

Thanks Lori, People seem fairly indifferant either way. So I'll finish
the book and then decide.
I'm going to leave 'Trials of an honourary dragon' for a while, and
start on the sequeal before I attempt to present it to a publisher. I
find Writing for pleasure is much more enjoyable then writing for an
audience.
