Sorry.   Didn't mean to send that without answering.
I like your current title.   It's distinctive.
Where would you put the word 'or'?   I don't think it belongs in the 
current title.   If you are putting a title into a sentence   in your text, you 
can enclose it in quotes, or you can either underline or put it in italics, 
whatever suits you.   In a formal context, you would use italics.
