[stylist] setting up an email group

Robert, Earlier JC suggested that I go to my address book and press alt.  I 
did and found what I needed to set up a group.  The problem is now I don't 
know how to add addresses if I don't have them memorized.  How do I get 
names from my main address book to a group in the file menu?
