[stylist] confusing similar words

Yes, you can make entries for pronounciation in the jaws dictionary.  That 
doesn't always work.  You just get used to how they say it instead of how 
jaws should say it.

I know Window Eyes allows you to change pronunciation.   Doesn't Jaws do
that?
