Actually the conference feature we use allows you to record the conference
for free. Robert can just record it, download the file, convert it to MP3,
and there you have it.

Ben,
that's an interesting idea.  somebody would just need to have audio
recording software on their  computer, then plug into your phone if it has
headphone or earphone output.  else, there is a pickup device you can
suction on the phone near the speaker to pickup the audio but it is a little
limited.  then just turn on the software.
we'd have to decide if we wanted the teleconferences recorded and podcasted.
might that change people's comfort and spontaneity?
