[stylist] Clarification on holidays for Division holiday book

I have received a question which, though I thought it had already been addressed, bears answering again; that of the holidays themselves. Only holidays and observances celebrated in the U.S. are acceptable. That is, no stories about Canadian Thanksgiving or Indian Independence Day will be considered. I know the Division has an international membership, and I realize, and regret, that this restriction may seem like chauvinism. It is necessary, though, for the sake of simplicity and order. Perhaps at some point another anthology, devoted to international holidays, may be possible. For now, though, only American holidays, please.
