Hello List:

     Robert Neuman asked me to provide more information about my book. I am planning on writing two series. The first series is called The Anne And Alex Explorer Series. The plan is to follow the lives of Anne and Alex from primary school through at least high school.

     The series begins in May of 1996. Anne age seven is Sighted and Alex age six is Blind. Anne and Alex are to be adopted by the family of Ben and Mary Walker who live in Forest Grove Oregon. Anne and Alex embark on a series of adventures. They visit real places which their readers could also visit. The book provides information on real places including web sites. The Walker family is surprised to find out that Alex is blind. The only blind person Ben has seen recently is one he met on the bus. Alex's school is also not prepared. The Walker family seek and find answers. The month of May is filled with action with the book ending on a happy note. There are three chapters which may be read online.

     I decided to self publish this book in electronic form. Purchasers will receive files in various formats. This cuts the costs and maximizes reader choice. I copyrighted the book using the online service. http://www.copyright.gov
The form is a bit tedious to fill out, but the process is accessible. The Library of Congress accepts a variety of file formats, so the requirement of depositing a copy is easy. Happy reading.
