Judith, Just to confuse matters more, when I was shopping around my first novel, I was asked by some agents for a 1 page synopsis (approximately 275 words, 11 point font) and others wanted a 'detailed' synopsis of 3 to 5 pages. I wrote the longer one first, which made it easier to write the one-pager. Good luck, chris
