Hello,

I'd be happy to help you figure out how to comment if I can, but please 
provide me your address so that I do not clutter up the list should others 
not be interested.  In short, you need a Google (or other) account, or you 
can post as annonymous.  It is tricky to find the appropriate edit box, and 
so you have to pay attention to the text right above it, which is the combo 
box where you will select your posting option, meaning annonymous or your 
account should it be one of the ones listed in the list.  Thank you for your
