Hi Hina,
I am using Jaws with Word 2003, and use Word's Spell Check all the time.
I'm not sure if you know the procedures for using Spell Check with Jaws
so here are the basics.

1. F7 open's Spell Check
2. The misspelled words seem to come first and are introduced by "Not in
dictionary." In the sample document I just created, I didn't
deliberately misspell anything, but I skipped the space between two
sentences, which resulted in Spell check seeing it as a misspelled word.
It gave me a suggestion which was the correct option -- placing a space
after the period. To accept the change, I press Alt+c.
2. to ignore a suggestion, press Alt+i.
3. To add a spelling which you know to be correct, but Word doesn't
recognize to the dictionary, press Alt+a.
4. To read the sentence in context -- necessary when you're not sure
what Word is talking about -- press Jaws key+c.
5. When Spell check picks up an extra space, just press Alt+c to accept
it's suggested change of only one space.
6. If you decided to change the wording while in Spell check, just edit
as you would normally and then press Alt+c to make your changes stick.
7. If you know you misspelled the same word multiple times, when Spell
Check catches it, tab to Change all and press space bar.

I tried putting in 3 spaces in a row after a sentence, and it didn't
pick it up, but my normal mistake is adding two and it always catches
it. I deliberately did not capitalize "I" and it caught that saying
"Capitalization." Also, with regard to not capitalizing I in
particular... If you want to do an experiment, write a few sentences
with the word I used several times; capitalize some and leave others
uncapitalized. Then, listen to Jaws read them back. If you listen at a
normal speed, you can hear the difference in the way Jaws says I versus
i. There are many other mistakes that you can hear at normal reading
speed once you start listening for them, including misspelled words and
forgotten or incorrect punctuation.

There are a few things to keep in mind with Spell Check. First of all,
it's a highly useful tool, but it doesn't replace the brain. If you use
the wrong form of a word or the wrong word, but that word is a correct
spelling, it will not help you. For instance, if you write "I got loads
of Christmas presence," it won't catch the usage error. Sometimes, it
will question things that are correct. One thing that I had a hard time
picking up on with Spell Check was when it catches a double punctuation
mark, like putting a period after a comma or vice versa. When it says
"Punctuation" indicating it has found a punctuation error, I
deliberately read character by character in that section.

HTH,
Donna
