Joe,

Thanks, there are so many to choose from and I'll go read up on this one.
The one's that I have read up on seem to have added costs in all their 
packages.  I understand that there are differences in book style, grade of 
paper...
Making this choice  will be almost as difficult as the writing of my 
biography.
