[stylist] Writing exercise sites

Oops lol. Here it is for real...

A friend of mine found these. They are designed 
to encourage and give accountability for Object 
Writing. If any of you have read The Artist's Way 
or other books, you might know it as Morning 
Papers, Discovery Writing, Stream of Conscious 
Writing, etc. Basically a purging and no holds 
barred rambling of ideas or thoughts , usually 
starting or focusing on one topic like. "A kid at 
the carnival with a cotton candy beard" :). 
Anyway here are a couple sites serving as a 
format to write as such. Not an endorsement, just 
ran across them and passing on.
