[stylist] Problems renueing Division membership

Hi Friends,
I've been trying to use the website to renue my membership in the 
Writers' Division and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. There's a 
combo box for new or renueing members, and that's fine, but under it is 
an edit field and a Pay Pal button. The edit field isn't labeled, so 
I've tried putting in my name and I've tried putting in my Pay Pal 
e-mail address, and then entering on the Pay Pal button, but both lead 
to a Pay Pal page that says that my previous action couldn't be 
completed. Does anyone know the trick here?
