oh oh judith,
I happen to be a fan of very old movies and old time radio and have
heard many references to hoodlums as hoods from 1940's movies and
radio shows.
yes, even when I was in high school in the 70's a "hood" was a bad
guy. funny, it never applied to a bad girl.
