[stylist] Title Replication & Audible Users?

Hello,

Does anyone know the rules on using book titles that may have already been
taken?  I was looking for Swan Song by Robert McCammon on Audible and found
a few different authors, but not my guy.  Anyway, it's not the first time
I'd seen that, and I was just wondering if copyright stretches that far.

Also, are there any Audible.com users here?  If so, how good have you found
the service to be?
