[stylist] Title Replication & Audible Users?

My husband just told me that titles are not copyrightable.  I heard once 
that you can't even copyright your name.  If a lady in Manhattan is named 
Susan Smith, it is conceivable that another lady, or perhaps more than one, 
might be found both in Manhattan and elsewhere.  Judith
