Here are a couple of those 40 word  pieces I told ya'll about during the 
phone meeting.. and I didn't forget to send  Secrecy either... I wrote it down 
so I wouldn't  lol  Hope you all  enjoy my latest writing 'kick start'..))
 
 
Curiosity

We write of those  things
that make us wonder,
cause us to question,
even  reconsider
what we think we know
and understand.. I call
this the 'pen  of curiosity'...
may it always be 
filled with its unique
brand of  ink.

Secrecy

Shadows cross a distant  sky
Carrying leftover thoughts of day now past
Whispering to stars and  moon
Those secrets that only shadows
Can share... swearing all to  secrecy
Until a new day deems they be brought
Into the sun's  light.
