RE: Agenda and broadcast of meeting

 

Here is what is happening relating to our 2011 meeting at national
convention:

#1 We are going to have a speaker phone in the meeting room and will
broadcast the meeting via Free Conference call- You may call in at any time
during the meeting and take a listen! The meeting will start at 1:30 PM
Eastern and will conclude at 4:30 PM. We will attempt to make this work;
having the person nearest the phone repeat the questions so you-all will
know what the speaker is replying to.  (Not ideal, but we can try real hard
to make it work and I bet it will.)

computer.)
