Just read this post again. When it comes to months I think I read somewhere
it goes like this:
His birth date is 4/10/90
She is having a surprise party for him on April 22 beginning at 9 PM
For the most part when identifying a month on forms or in a legal context
you use the numerical month, day and year. When identifying the month in an
article or other written forms you spell it out. Judith
