macedoine (noun)
mass-uh-DWAHN\

1. A confused mixture: medley
2. A mixture of fruits or vegetables served as a salad, cocktail, or
in a jellied dessert; used in a sauce or as a garnish.

Example: When I grill, I like to cook up a macedoine of various
vegetables in the below recipe:

2 medium potatoes Chunked to liking
1 large green or red pepper diced or cut in strips
1 medium mild or sweet onion diced into small to medium-small pieces
12-14 cherry tomatoes (or one large tomato diced or chunked)
1 small zucchini sliced thin
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Small handful grated Romano
Small handful crumbled Feta cheese
Oregano to taste

Preparation

After vegetables are sliced, diced, or chuncked:

1. Mix vegetables in large bowl
2. Press cloves over vegetables and remix.
3. Pour contents on foil (or make two separate packs)
4. Curl ends of foil upward and drizzle olive oil over medley
5. Sprinkle Oregano and cheeses to taste
6. Cover with foil, wrapping and sealing ends into a packet

Cook: On medium grill cook with cover on for approximately
30-minutes. Remove from grill, sandwich between two large dinner
plates and let set for a half hour or until main course is done.
