maybe, but you do not use commas in an email address; they are written like 
name at internet service.com so like joeya at verizon.net or sammy at cox.com

Eve, semicolons are used between address and space as well.
So in the to line you write something like shaggy at aol.com;
amysmith at yahoo.com; jason at gmail.com
You probably have people in your address book and the computer will pick up
on these once you start typing their name or address, to complete the name
and tell the computer to enter it, press enter. Depending on the program,
your computer may or may not put the semicolon for you once you select the
name. Your screen reader will tell you though.

Commas are not used in email addresses, only periods and @ signs.

Are commas never used in addresses though? What you say makes sense unless
commas are used in addresses. Then I dont know how the computers would know
what is the address an what is the puncuation. Actually I dont know how
computers know anything though so I guess it doesnt matter that much that I
