Jackie,

This was a textbook scanned for me, and when a disability services
offices scans books for students on college campuses, they're suppose to
be read-only since we're technically not suppose to be sharing it or
have the ability to "change" anything; it's a copyright issue with the
publishers. I took the class years ago now, but my point being only the
creator of a read-only Word document can changed it. You can do a Save
As by going to the file menu and switching it to a text doc, but on my
end, I can't switch it from read-only to a regular Word document since I
didn't create the original.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Bridget,
I would love to have you send this to me. Does it have to be PDF or
"read only?" Jackie
