[stylist] Block Quote Revisited

The simplest way to format a blok quote is:
1.	Select the text to be the block quote.
2.	No matter what version of Microsoft Word you use, press Alt+O, then
press P in rapid succession.  That will open the Paragraph Dialog box.
3.	Tab unto you hear "Left edit" and type the amount of your left
indent, which is usually 0.5 inches.
4.	Tab until you hear "Right edit" and type in 0.5 inches.
5.	Tab and press Enter on the OK button.

In the newer versions of Microsoft Word (2007 or 2010), you press Alt + P to
access the Page Layout ribbon, and then once you have accessed the lower
ribbon, you tab until you hear I think "Left Indent" and "Right Indent."
