Hi all,

What is the correct response to personal notes from editors on rejection letters.

I've gotten some really great ones! I've gotten some a little iffy and then of course there is the form rejection that I just stack and ignore.

But the really encrouaging ones.... What about those? Do you just ignore them too and stack them or write back and thank them?

I'm at a loss.
