Hi,
The previous tip I shared about starting in Word will save you a lot of time. And JAWS warns you about such things as too many points on a slide, or overlapping items. You just have to dig into the JAWS help and read it. If someone needs help with this, just say the word.

Subject: [stylist] Power Point and JAWS
On this Power Point and JAWS thing, I also wrote a techie favorite of mine
for her thoughts, and she wrote back with the following text:
Hi Robert,
I have only worked with JAWS 12 and PowerPoint once, but it seems to be
doable. It's a matter of knowing what kind of background and font to use
(dark background with light font, or light background with dark font), and
placing objects in the right place. I believe each of the offices had a
tutorial on creating PowerPoints with JAWS. I'm guessing a lot of the
keystrokes will be the same as they were in 2003. Creating PowerPoints can
be very time consuming, but once you have the outline of what you want, it's
not too hard to put together.
Hope that helps!
Jan
