Thanks Robert! Having it recorded makes it available to those who can't
attend.

#1 The telephone conference will be recorded and made available from our
Division's website. That is the norm(yeah, darn I forgot to add that line to
my post! Sorry.) ---- however, last month's recording didn't work out, much
humming and electronic noise; one other time, it just didn't come on!
(Mostly it works fine.)

#2 the call will last between 1 and 1 and a half hours (calculating it on
what has been the average).

#3 We will get to ask many questions!

#4 As for handouts --- I'll pass your question on to Linda. (We've gotten
handouts from instructors, but not normally an author or other type of guest
speaker.)

Lance Writing

How long is the meeting? Will people have a chance to ask questions?
Will she have any handouts to go along with it? If so, it could be
distributed to this list as an attachment.

I saw this question prior but can't seem to find the answer. Wil this
telemeting be recorded and available afterwards for review or reference?

Thanks.
