[stylist] off-topic, circadian cycles

Jim,

I'm the same way. I experience depression during the winter months, and
in the past, tanning was suggested by my doctor during the winter. Just
small increments of time, but I rarely do this because I don't want to
go outside in the winter if I don't have too! Smile

I'm definitely a summer girl and love to spend massive amounts of time
outside during the warm, sunny months.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Hi,
I can definitely tell you that I feel much more cheerful when I go
outside immediately. I work in an area that is away from windows. I have
light perception. I can feel a difference in my mood. This happens
especially in the winter.

Jim
