I can still function on 4 to 5 hours of sleep, plus my brain never turns
off so sleep is often allusive! LOL
It depends on the day if I can sleep in, but I like to be up somewhat
early so I don't lose an entire day, though I've never been a morning
person. I try to get up around 9 or 10 so I can do my morning work-out
then focus on anything else I need to do. I graduated in August so I
have a little bit more time on my hands these days when we don't have
our little girl. She's actually our niece, but my little sister had her
in high school, and we've been very close with her, taking her every
other weekend to help out. She calls me mama so that says how close we
are. *smile* She's two and a handful!
I should also mention that I check my email nonstop! This accounts for
why I can respond and post so much more than the sleep thing! I'm
cleaning the house and preparing dinner right now and just keep checking
my email. It's an addiction! LOL
Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Dear Bridget,
Thanks so much for the explanation. It helps me to understand the
differences.
When you stay up late, are you able to make up the sleep time in the
morning? Or are you like Churchill who slept four-six hours and took
fifteen minutes catnaps. What ever you do, if profits all of us. Jacqui
