[stylist] Technical Writing

Hi Robert,

What sort of technical writing are you doing? Mine i software manuals. 
Keystrokes, responses, and so on have to be described precisely. How can 
this information be conveyed in a conversational, nontechnical manner? I 
certainly do have writer's block.
