Eve,
I just came back to the house for my afternoon break from the studio. What a
delight was waiting here - with the arrival of your sestina!
I have been captured by breath - the the motion of each breath and the
merging of the worlds inside and outside.
I have listed to this several times to feel the words as they breathe
universal life through this poem.
This is exquisite! While I listened to it I was transported into the world
of a Japanese Butoh dance performance.
No one can teach anyone how to write like this. It is found within YOU, as
you begin your recollections and find your own memories.
I will make a prediction here - after reading this, and other things you
have written - the world will know your name. I say this with tears in my
eyes because this is one of the most exquisite pieces I have ever read. This
sure made my day!
