My thoughts for what they're worth.

1. Wow! 5-6 weeks is waaaaaaay to long for any
publication these days. Ebooks are the norm with
total purchase to reading time less than
5-minutes. This might indicate this person is not
in-tune with current methods? I'm already
skeptical of knowledge I'd learn based off the
huge changes in social media
marketing/purchasing/delivery methods. Geez I
hope this isn't a relative or personal friend 'grin'.

2. I assume too this is a print publication
rather than accessible electronic material.

3. Check or money order? Similar to #1 comments.
If this book is what it says, this person is
leaving a lot of opportunity out to pasture without at least Paypaloptions.

4. I wasn't drawn in enough by the text/content
to be convinced to get out a checkbook much less
log on Paypal if it were an option. But then I'm
not in the market for producing a manuscript.

Sorry if that seems synical or skeptical, there's
a ton of "How to" stuff out there and much of it
is free or carries some validation of an
organization or proven writer. It might take some
investment in Google time but the big thing today
is edumarketing, giving information away, and
while maybe only one aspect is given by one
person, you can collectively get lots of ideas and answers.
